RWC-340B is only as strong as its members. There is strength in numbers so we must unite to protect our patients.

Depending on your membership category, a follow-up form requesting additional information will be emailed for you to complete. All potential members must be approved prior to joining. It can take up to a month to complete the membership process. New members will receive a welcome email with information for onboarding after they are approved for membership.

Allies and Friends membership categories for non-Ryan White grantees!

The Allies and Friends categories are for covered entities that meet all the criteria of RWC-34B membership except for being a Ryan White grantee. Allies and Friends are not voting members, but they will have access to many of the other benefits of membership. Click on each category below to see which is the best fit for your organization. 

Membership Criteria

An organization must meet the following criteria to qualify for
consideration as a member:

  • Maintains objectives and purposes consistent with those of RWC-340B
  • Participates in the federal 340B drug discount program, or is eligible to do so
    and plans to register at the next opportunity
  • Is a not-for-profit entity

Sustaining Membership

Leadership

  • Seat on the RWC-340B Board of Directors
  • Voice in advocacy agenda and budget for RWC-340B
  • Opportunity to serve as one of the 4 officers or 5 at-large positions on the nine-member Executive Committee to formulate policies, procedures, mission, and direct legislative and regulatory efforts
  • Opportunity for members of your organization to participate on RWC-340B’s committees

Education/Compliance

  • Monthly teleconference with a panel of 340B attorneys and other experts
  • Email alerts on breaking 340B program and related developments
  • Discounts on 340B Grantee Conference registrations
  • Free webinars on key issues
  • Town halls for late-breaking issues and support
  • Six (6) hours per year of technical assistance (does not include rendering legal advice such as reviewing and/or revising documents)

Advocacy

  • Opportunities to join in public policy debates on 340B issues impacting Ryan White Clinics
  • Participate in advocacy efforts related to 340B on Capitol Hill, the Administration and federal agencies
  • Assistance with local advocacy efforts

Dues

  • $1,500 monthly or $18,000 annually
