RWC-340B is only as strong as its members. There is strength in numbers so we must unite to protect our patients.

To join, simply click the membership payment option button (monthly or annual) to complete the application. All potential members must be approved by the Executive Committee. Members will receive an initial invoice with several payment options after being approved for membership.

RWC-340B offers multiple membership levels. Choose the one that best suits your needs.

An organization must meet the following criteria to qualify for
consideration as a member:

a. Maintains objectives and purposes consistent with those of RWC-340B;
b. Participates in the federal 340B drug discount program, or is eligible to do so
and plans to register at the next opportunity; and
c. Focuses on treating HIV/AIDS and provides primary care to individuals living
with HIV/AIDS as:

  1. an entity receiving funds through the Ryan White program;
  2. a federally-qualified health center (“FQHC”);
  3. or a federally-qualified health center look-alike (“FQHCLA”); or
  4. any other entity that meets the other criteria and in the discretion of RWC-340B would be a valuable member.

Leadership

  • Seat on the RWC-340B Board of Directors
  • Significant opportunity to serve on the nine-member Executive Committee to formulate policies, procedures, mission, and direct legislative and regulatory efforts

Education/Compliance

  • Monthly teleconference with a panel of 340B attorneys and other experts
  • Email alerts on breaking 340B program and related developments
  • Free webinars on key issues*
  • Six (6) hours* per year of technical assistance (does not include rendering legal advice such as reviewing and/or revising documents)

Advocacy

  • Opportunities to join in public policy debates on 340B issues impacting RWCs
  • Participate in advocacy efforts related to 340B on Capitol Hill, the Administration and federal agencies
  • Assistance with local advocacy efforts

Dues

  • $1,500 monthly or $18,000 annually

  • Voice in advocacy agenda and budget for RWC-340B. Two of nine seats on the Executive Committee are available to a Supporting Member
