RWC-340B Technical Assistance

Ask The Experts

One of the more popular benefits of being an RWC-340B member is access to the organization’s team of experts.

RWC-340B is represented by the Washington, D.C. law firm Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville PC and, as part of that representation, has arranged for a group of attorneys at Powers to be available to members to address legal and compliance issues relating to the 340B drug pricing program. Powers has a long history of advising clients on matters involving the 340B program, as well as on the intersection of the 340B program with HRSA grant requirements, especially those relevant to the government’s position that 340B revenue constitutes program income.
