Description of Exhibit Hall
Due to the nature of this conference, the Exhibit Hall will be housed in a ballroom adjacent to all the meeting rooms. A maximum of 45 exhibitors will be permitted in this intimate design. The exhibit hall is managed in-house and is not able to guarantee any large-scale displays. However, exhibitors can expect a 6-foot table with two chairs, and the standard space expected in a single exhibit hall space.
Exhibit Displays
Exhibit tables measure 6 ft x 30 inches. Displays must fit on or behind the table and cannot block doors, fire extinguishers, or the flow of traffic. We expect room for adjacent vertical banners, freestanding backdrops, and small tables/stands around your exhibit space, but please remember that this cannot be guaranteed.
Can exhibitors choose a specific booth location?
Booth locations will be assigned by conference staff and may not be available prior to the conference. Keep in mind, a max of 34 exhibitors will be permitted at the conference, and ALL exhibit booths are near a meeting room. Booths numbers may not be provided ahead of time. Please remember, this is a smaller-format conference that will offer all exhibitors visibility and access. If advertising to attendees ahead of time, you can simply ask them to find you at the conference, as all exhibitors will be easy to find. Any questions on forms that ask for booth number DO NOT apply to this conference, and can be omitted.
