On Monday, March 11, 2019, HRSA’s Office of Pharmacy Affairs will be hosting a webinar for covered entities that will provide an overview of the secure pricing component of the 340B OPAIS.  According to HRSA’s website, the pricing component is now open for submission of manufacturer pricing data for the first quarter of 2019.  The webinar will describe the pricing component’s quarterly workflow process from manufacturer data submission to publication of the 340B ceiling price.  Information will also be provided on how covered entities can view quarterly published ceiling prices, which HRSA says will be available beginning April 1, 2019, and how they can report 340B drug pricing issues to HRSA.  Finally, the webinar will feature a live question and answer segment.

Individuals are not required to RSVP, although HRSA notes that access to the webinar is “limited to a set amount of users” and suggests that Authorizing Officials and Primary Contacts would benefit most from an overview of the system.  HRSA plans to record the webinar and make it available after the live session.
